Refund and Replacement Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to make things right if there’s an issue with your order.
If your book arrives damaged or doesn't show up, please contact us at here within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to track the package, and if necessary, explore a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
If something is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation — whether that means locating the shipment, filing a claim, or finding an alternative way to get the book to you.
Please include your order number and any photos (if applicable) when reaching out.
While we can't guarantee replacements in every situation, we're committed to finding a fair solution.
